Immun'Age is a food supplement based on FPP Fermented Papaya Extract, from an exclusive patented extraction process at the Osato Research Institute in Japan. The properties of the fermented papaya were discovered a couple of generations ago by an agricultural researcher in an area of the Philippines whose inhabitants were especially long-lived. He noticed that they stored papayas that fermented naturally with specific yeasts. This process, apparently unscientific, gave rise to a food that they later consumed.
